For anyone wondering why this character looks like the Batman villain, Bane, it is because I gain some inspiration regarding his strength and his role in stories of morality. However, that is not the main point of this article. The character serves the role of an assassin, or someone used for a racial agenda.

When creating a civilization or nation, whether it’s fantasy or science fiction, the world’s culture or politics would have to revolve around something that helps it function. It could be technology, means of communication, transportation, religion, social status, war, or a power source. In the case of the Cyber Phantom, the main power source is a mineral/crystal called Gilgamite. The most information required for the story that its used for everything, which involves powering technology, which is what my assassin character uses.

To keep things simple, I have named the character Smasher. Like the character he is based on, he does use the power source to fuel strength. However, unlike Bane, he not a terrorist looking to fight the main hero, but rather a bounty hunter who is known to have a strong hatred towards anyone that’s not a human and would take any job just to kill them. However, what if something challenges his passion? What if someone he loves is part of the very species he swore to crush to death? What if he was being used by his client?

While there is a lot more to Smasher I can say, there is another character worth talking about in another post that is connected to the brute assassin himself. Until then this is all I would like to establish about the Cyber Phantom role and one of it’s crucial characters. If there is anything else you think I should talk about or expand upon, let me know in the comments below.
