Death roams the deserts of the southeast and all to the chimeras that surround Oakley’s rabbit hole. Where did they come from? The teen jackalope believes they come from the home of the walking incubators, called Eggubators, the machines that kidnapped her siblings. With a reformed Dr. Limpwick, Oakley sets out to seek the scientist responsible. However, the desert is full of mutants that want her meat and bones. It would seem like a short and suicidal mission if they weren’t rescued and aided by the Phantom Jackalope, a ghoul hit-rabbit who has a striking resemblance to Oakley’s absent father.

The year is 3020. Humans and aliens coexist, yet conflict still arises, especially with the police force. Just when there were enough problems with the riots, a vigilante in a police uniform attacked both humans and aliens with a cybernetic that granted him abilities beyond any scientific knowledge. Because his mask cloaks his identity, his species is not obvious, so it’s up to Paul Strongarm and his fox-rabbi partner, Harix Vulpinfield, to track down this Cyber Phantom and expose his identity before civilization tears itself apart. Especially with the alien mafia, Galastar, taking the crisis into their own hands.
